The 2nd edition of EIPA'S book "Competitive Dialogue and Negotiated Procedures - A Practical Guide" has now been published, updating the 2010 edition to take account of the new European Public Procurement Directives.
On publication Michael Burnett, co-author of the book with Austrian lawyer Martin Oder, said " I'm delighted that we can now offer this book to participants in our future Master Classes - it means that we can continue to help the public sector secure value for money in complex and high value procurements".
The book has attracted favourable reviews - writing on a widely read UK public sector web site "Government Opportunities". John Tizard wrote that "Six years I enjoyed reading the first edition of this book and commended it as essential reading for everyone with an interest in major strategic public procurement. In 2015 I feel even more enthusiastic in recommending that the second edition of “Competitive Dialogue and Negotiated Procedures – A practical guide”.
