Research Assistant
Alberta Capasso joined EIPA in June 2011 as a Research Assistant in the Unit "European Public Management". She has a degree in Education/Anthropology from the University of Perugia, Italy. She conducted applied research in Romania on ethnic integration policies, in particular those aimed towards Roma children. Prior to working at EIPA, Alberta managed projects focusing on Roma children for the Municipality of Rome. She has worked for several years in the field of public education in Italy as a teacher and project coordinator. Whilst working for public administrations, NGOs and international associations (Save the Children, Amnesty International) she managed various activities for asylum seekers and refugees.

Alberta Capasso a rejoint l’IEAP en juin 2011 en qualité d’assistante de recherche dans l’unité «Gestion publique européenne». Elle est titulaire d’un diplôme en sciences de l’éducation/anthropologie de l’Université de Pérouse (Italie). Elle a mené des travaux de recherche appliquée en Roumanie sur les politiques d’intégration ethnique, notamment celles destinées aux enfants roms. Avant d’intégrer l’IEAP, Alberta a assuré la gestion de projets centrés sur les enfants roms pour la municipalité de Rome. Elle a travaillé pendant plusieurs années en tant qu’enseignante et coordinatrice de projets dans le domaine de l’éducation publique en Italie. Dans le cadre de son travail auprès des administrations publiques, des ONG et des associations internationales (Save the Children, Amnesty International) elle a géré différentes activités pour les demandeurs d’asile et les réfugiés.
